When NASCAR Leader Bill France Jr. and Indianapolis Motor Speedway leader Tony George proclaimed in February 1993 that NASCAR would race at Indianapolis, it sent a tremor through the racing community of the Brickyard 400 Car Racing Many dreaded the custom and honesty of the enchanted Indianapolis Motor Speedway would be negotiated. But the mammoth reputation of NASCAR fueled the accomplishment of the Brickyard 400. The Brickyard 400 name is ensuing from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway's moniker.
