Walt Frazier of the Cleveland Cavaliers information was one of the NBA's all-time snazzy dressers. "I always tried to hit the open man when I played," Frazier explained years later. "But that night, I was the open man. There's no doubt that '69-70 championship team was the highlight of my career. I think of that team every day."There were more highlights for Frazier, to be sure. He led the Knicks back to the Finals in 1972, but they fell to Los Angeles. The next year, Frazier was paired with Earl Monroe in the backcourt and the Knicks regained the title with a five-game drubbing of the Lakers. Frazier made seven straight trips to the NBA All-Star Game and was named MVP of the 1975 classic. He finished his career in Cleveland Cavaliers tickets, but his Hall of Fame legacy will always reside with the Knicks, where he set numerous team records and has not lost his place as the best-and most stylish-guard in franchise history.
