1993-94 A draft-day trade for top pick Chris Webber brings Anfernee Hardaway to Orlando Magic as a perimeter complement to O'Neal. The team wins 50 games.
1994-95 Remarkably, the Orlando Magic Tickets reaches the NBA Finals in just their sixth season. Houston wins in four straight.
1995-96 A lineups of O'Neal, Hardaway, Scott, Nick Anderson and Horace Grant wins 60 games, but the 72-win Bulls overpower the Orlando Magic in the playoffs.
1997-98 Two legends-Chuck Daly (coach) and Julius Erving (executive V.P.)-join an organization that lost Shaq to free agency in 1996 and several players to injury.
1999-00 Glenn "Doc" Rivers becomes the fifth rookie named Coach of the Year.
2000-01 Free agents Grant Hill and Tracy McGrady join the Magic. While Hill encounters injury troubles, T-Mac becomes one of the NBA's top superstars.
2003-04 McGrady becomes the first player in nearly a decade to score 62 points in a game; after the season, he goes to Houston in a trade that brings Steve Francis to Orlando Magic.
